CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The cancellation of the customer's order due to post-delivery is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and sent for shipment.
The cancellation is done by sending an electronic message (e-mail) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org, and the customer must state the exact details of his order. Cancellation is not possible unless MrPanda sends a confirmation by e-mail to the customer.
In the event that the customer has paid the value of his approved order prior to his declaration of cancellation and MrPanda has already collected it, then he must within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days return to the customer the value received after deducting the bank charges and any transport costs.
The refund can be made the same way you made the payment except cash on delivery.
In case a payment order has been given by the customer but the money has not been collected by our company (such as in the case of a credit card debit order when the Bank has not yet paid the price to MrPanda), then MrPanda is obliged within of the deadline of fourteen (14) working days to speed up any necessary action and declaration to each competent body (Bank, etc.) for the notification of the cancellation of the order and the obligation to return any amount charged to the customer. In this case, MrPanda is considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of any charge will be based on the terms of the contract that connects the customer with this third party (Bank, etc.) and MrPanda bears no responsibility regarding the time of return or offsetting of each relevant charge.
If the order has been executed (and corresponding documents have been issued) and the customer still wishes to cancel the order, then he is subject to the Product Return terms.
*MrPanda reserves the right to deliver its products in a different packaging than the one photographed as long as the product remains identical to the one chosen by the customer without prior notice (as production companies may change their models).
You have the right to request the change of the products you have purchased, within 3 days from the date you receive the products.
Changes will be accepted as long as the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by any tags from the manufacturing company, as well as the retail sales receipt or invoice. The package should be packed so as not to create damage, during transport, to the product or the packaging.
The costs of the transport of the return of the order, as well as of the new shipment, are borne by the customer.
In the event of a change, your request must be sent in writing by email to the address email@example.com, which must include the order code, the reason you are returning it and the code of the product with which you want to replace it. If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you are not interested in replacing it with another, you must send your request in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a Refund Request, within 3 days from the date receipt. In the case of a refund, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Once the return has been made and it is found that the product has not been used, a refund will be made within 14 days
We expressly state that the refund is made only in the same way that the order was paid for. If it has been done by cash on delivery, a bank account is requested from the customer for the payment of the amount.
