METHODS OF ORDERING
The ways you can place an order are as follows:
Browse and enjoy completing your orders through the ease of using our website. Select the products you are interested in and place them in your shopping cart, confirm all of them, as your cart appears and press checkout, where you fill in the fields with your details, according to the payment method and the method of receipt. By registering your order, you will receive from our system a confirmation e-mail for its receipt as well as for the continuation of its course where you will be informed of its receipt.
You place your order by phone at 2311 822 500. You choose the products you want and we register your order in our system. Telephone communication is available for any question, clarification or advice you wish to provide.
You choose the desired products (it is preferable to have their codes) and send your order by e-mail to our e-mail address orders@mrpanda.gr. We note that for our proper cooperation you should receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and forwarding of your order within 24 hours, as otherwise we may not have received the e-mail or there may be an error or there is a need for any clarification on your order.
SHIPPING METHODS
The ways in which you can receive your order are as follows:
In order to receive the order from the store, it is required that a phone or online order has been made in advance. After our communication, the customer will be able to receive and pay for his order from the store (if he has chosen this method of payment). There are no shipping costs.
The charge for deliveries with ELTA Courier is €3.30 for shipments up to 2kg and €1.20 for each additional 1kg over 2kg (e.g. 5kg = €6.90, 10kg = €12.90) .
The cash on delivery service costs €3.
You can pick up 24 hours a day from a BoxNow drop box near you.
The shipping cost is €2.50/parcel
Up to 20kg and up to 62x45x36cm per package
Cash on delivery is not supported

The shipment to the Municipality of Thessaloniki is made by our means of transport and the charge is as follows:
Delivery to the West side of the municipality of Thessaloniki
FREE for purchases over €20
€2 for purchases worth up to €20
Delivery to the Center of the Municipality of Thessaloniki
FREE for purchases over €30
€3 for purchases worth up to €30
Delivery to the Eastern side of the municipality of Thessaloniki
FREE for purchases over €40
€4 for purchases worth up to €40
We deliver your order to the carrier you indicate to us within the limits of the municipality of Thessaloniki and the cost of the carrier is borne entirely by the customer.
